Our nutritionists have designed a special programme that will provide you with enough energy and less calorific foods for the whole weight loss week, we want you to feel healthy not hungry. Our 1-2-1 nutritional advice will be totally confidential and we encourage guests to discuss any areas of nutrition that concern them.
We use only organic fruit and vegetables, wholemeal bread, free range meats and eggs all supplied from the local market or farm. The holiday is a great way to detoxify from the excess of the modern diet.
As well as 3 nutritionally balanced meals a day you will also receive drinks and healthy snacks.
