Our aim is to bring together the right combination of fitness and proper nutrition to meet your own needs which will lead to you reaching your longer term goals of losing weight, getting fitter and becoming healthier.
The daily schedule will be made according to each guest’s fitness levels, the number of guests and the weather! We will make sure that you are taught the correct techniques of each exercise and get to experience as many activities as possible. We will try to include exercises that you may not be familiar with which will keep you interested and focused on your goals for the week and which you may even wish to pursue once you get home.
AEROBIC will be the main type of exercise, it will be used in up to 50% of all the work outs for the whole program. Whether jogging, walking, sight seeing, exploring mountain peaks, dancing, swimming, playing team games or simply running circuits we will make sure that you work correctly with the most effective effort to burn fat and improve your fitness level.
TONING AND STRETCHING will take up to 40% of all the workouts. We will concentrate on the most problematic areas of the body: tummy, bum, legs and arms, teaching you the correct and most efficient exercises.
RELAXATION will take up to 10% of all the work outs. After all the hard work you will want to relax and we will help you, with breathing and stretching routines and a spa session for a special reward.
