Day 1

  • 06.15 - Stretch and wake up (aerobic session)
  • 07.45 - Breakfast
  • 08.30 - Hike and visit Dracula`s castle
  • 12.00 - Tone those arms (strength session)
  • 13.00 - Picnic lunch in Dracula`s castle park
  • 15.00 - Crazy 80`s dance (80`s aerobics)
  • 17.00 - Yoga relaxation
  • 18.30 - Dinner
  • 19.15 - Evening leisure and socializing activities (team games, "how to play poker" introduction)
  • 21.00 - "Why and what is Fitness" Workshop
  • 21.30 - Bed time

Day 2

  • 06.15 - Stretch and wake up (aerobic session)
  • 08.00 - Breakfast
  • 09.00 - Hike and jogg to the salt mine
  • 10.00 - Aerobic and Bum Tummy Legs Circuit inside the salt mine
  • 13.00 - Lunch
  • 14.00 - Tae bo and boxing
  • 16.00 - Self defence
  • 18.30 - Dinner
  • 19.30 - Massage
    Nutrition 1-2-1
    Fitness Planning 1-2-1

  • 21.30 - Bed time
